Viewing the Employee General Information Page

Access: Employees and their department managers.

There are two tabs on the Employee General Information screen: General, and HR  

General Tab: Provides a quick view of the Employee's information. Your role determines the actions you can perform.

 

 

Employee General Info Screen

 

HR Tab: From the HR tab the employee and their primary manager can view data stored in your facility HR system. In addition to the information included on the General tab, the HR tab includes the employee's emergency contact information, PTO balance, pay period PTO accrual rate, approved PTO and estimated PTO hours for the next 24 pay periods. The Secondary Associations tab lists the primary work department as well as secondary departments to which the employee has an association. 

Information on this tab is updated daily from the Lawson HR system. It is not editable and is only visible to users with assigned permissions, such as the employee's primary manager.
