Facility Scheduler
- Contract Labor Employee End Date - Workforce: It is no longer necessary to update a contract labor employee’s end date in both the Workforce and FS applications. Simply enter the end date in Workforce and the employee’s FS profile
will be automatically updated at 7:00 AM CST on the effective date.
- Employee Search: The employee search results table now displays employees’ primary department name.
- Edit Assignments: Users assigned the Assignment – Change 5 – After Posted permission may now change an assignment date from the department schedule screen. With this change, users no longer need to cancel and then
add a new assignment to change an assignment date from the posted schedule screen.
- Shift Trade: Employees can now initiate a shift trade up to 12 hours prior to the shift start time.
Employee End Date: Corrected an issue in which assignments scheduled beyond the employee’s end date displayed as cancelled on the employee’s schedule but continued to display as scheduled on the staffing dashboard and daily roster.
MyScheduler
- Weekend Commitment Display: Corrected an issue encountered when calculating and displaying weekend hours on six-week schedules. Weekend hours scheduled in the last two weeks of the schedule period are now included in the weekend hours display.
- Must Request Shifts – Effective Date: Corrected an issue that prevented new Must Request shift types from displaying for selection on the shift code’s effective date.
- Calendar View - Overtime: Corrected an issue with overtime rules that incorrectly indicated a schedule included overtime hours in the calendar view header.
