Shifts scheduled past the Expiration Date appear in blue. |
Shifts are canceled when the Expiration Date occurs. This includes any night shifts scheduled on the Expiration Date because night shifts extend into the next day. When the shift is canceled, the Daily Roster and Shift Summary update and no longer show the blocked employee. |
Shifts scheduled under the Warn functionality are not removed from the schedule but a notification is still sent to the employee and anyone designated to receive the notifications. |
Shifts are cancelled for the next day, one day at a time, until the credential is renewed. No shifts can be added to the Schedule once the Expiration Date is passed with the Block option. |

Blocked shifts are canceled effective the day prior to the Shift Start. Notifications are sent to the employee and anyone designated to receive the notifications. |
